I own and operate a grading and construction business. In the past, I have worked on a number of projects with Steven DeWeese. The first thing that stands out in my mind about Steve is that he takes a lot of pride in his work. If it can't be done right, he won't do it. He pays a lot of attention to detail starting in the planning stages, which seem to always make the projects run smoothly without hang-ups or delays. He is very good at figuring materials and following through with detail. When a surprise comes up, he is able to observe the situation, make a decision and carry on with the project.
